Pre-Conception, Pregnancy, Birth, Post Partum Counseling IM: Center for Integrative Medicine is dedicated to enhancing the birth experience. IM offers education and Body, Mind, Spirit counseling and support for women (and families) in the areas of pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, and post partum depression. We believe that the birth process is a physical, mental, and spiritual event and are dedicated to helping you celebrate this miraculous event.

BODY
Part I of the program is designed to help women get in tune with the physical body in order to conceive and to celebrate the physical changes of pregnancy once conception has occurred.

MIND
Part II of the program is designed to help women release anxiety and fear about the pregnancy and the birthing process, create a birthing plan, and set the energy for the birthing process to happen with ease, certainty, and in a general sense of well-being.

SPIRIT
Part III of the Program is designed to help women set the communication dynamic between mother/father and baby and to bond as a new family. Part III also provides post partum counseling to address any unresolved changes after birth and delivery.
